'Johnson' Native seedling discovered by Charles Stephens, Columbus, KS in 1931. Nut: oblong, with acuminate apex and base, round in cross section; 84 nuts/lb, 47% kernel; kernels with tight dorsal grooves. Protogynous. Early nut maturity.
