selected in 1907 by M. J. Niblack, from Vicennes, Knox County,
Indiana; Nuts elliptic, obtuse apex, obtuse base, round in cross
section. 62 nuts/lb, 47 % kernel, cream to golden in color. Protandrous
(I), with heavy pollen production. Scabs in KY. "Nuts closely
resemble 'Indiana', of which Busseron may be parent" Farmers
Bulletin 700.
